Leave for Elpitiya via Batapola
(excluding coastal mail road) visiting the moonstone mine
in Meetiyagoda, and shopping.
Then proceed to “The Black water pond” also known
as “Andaa helena ella” - another beautiful waterfall
close to Hikkaduwa. on the way, sight seeing at the “Dhakshina
Lanka Highway Project”.
Then back to the hotel via Ambalangoda. En route visiting
The Mask factory and museum (handy crafts) in Ambalangoda,
visiting Antique Museum, an Ancient Temple in Ambalangoda,
Tsunami Honganji Buddha Statue in Pereliya, The Turtle Hatchery
,
and the Seenigama Devol Temple. Directly back to the Hotel
in the evening.
